I help:

  • clients heal from traumas and abuse so they can reframe the way they look at themselves and move on.

  • dysfunctional or divorced families, parents and kids, to communicate and handle conflicts better.

  • adults and young people who feel stuck in their lives, having no motivation, and sometimes living in destructive patterns.

  • people in transitions to see new opportunities, so they can move on with their lives believing in themselves.

Some of my clients have been in therapy for many years and have different diagnoses, like ADHD, PTSD, Depression, Eating Disorders, TBI, and more, and they often feel stuck. Other clients have been in destructive relationships, have had some kind of traumatic experience or are having trouble loving and respecting themselves. Some clients find it difficult that their children are growing up. I help all of them shake up their belief systems and rock the boat when necessary in order to reach their full potential. I do that by weekly coaching sessions, weekly homework, and correspondence via text and email in between the sessions.

If you work with me, you are not alone. I push you in a kind but firm way out of your comfort zone, and at the same time I am your biggest cheerleader. We have contact in between the sessions, and in that way I help you keep up the courage to take the necessary steps and to find the motivation for your life, so that you can make the changes to move on. I believe in you and I am here for you.
