Some of my clients have been in therapy for many years and have different diagnoses, like ADHD, PTSD, Depression, Eating Disorders, TBI, and more, and they often feel stuck. Other clients have been in destructive relationships, have had some kind of traumatic experience or are having trouble loving and respecting themselves. Some clients find it difficult that their children are growing up. I help all of them shake up their belief systems and rock the boat when necessary in order to reach their full potential. I do that by weekly virtual coaching sessions, weekly homework, and correspondence via text and email in between the sessions.

We have contact in between the sessions, and in that way I help you keep up the courage to take the necessary steps and to find the motivation for your life, so that you can make the changes to move on.
